Return & Exchange Policy
Returns (China only)

The customer has 7 days, unconditional, to write to us and inform us that they want the item returned and get a refund. Please include a picture of the item when doing so.

Seller will review the request within 3 days and inform the customer via email that the request has been approved.

The customer has 5 days from the receipt of the email from the seller to ship the goods. Please email the seller the Kuaidi information when the item has been shipped.

Shipping fees for returning the items will be borne by the customer.

The item must be in the original packaging.

The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (e.g. order number)

The refund will be reflected in the customer's credit card 30 days after receipt of goods
Exchange (China only)

If the exchange is for a more expensive item, the balance will be charged to the customer's credit card. If the exchange is for a lower priced item, the balance to be returned will be reflected in the customer's credit card 30 days after receipt of goods.
