In China, all deliveries to reach you within 7 days from your placing of the order

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns (China only)

  • The customer has 7 days, unconditional, to write to us and inform us that they want the item returned and get a refund. Please include a picture of the item when doing so.

  • Seller will review the request within 3 days and inform the customer via email that the request has been approved.

  • The customer has 5 days from the receipt of the email from the seller to ship the goods.  Please email the seller the Kuaidi information when the item has been shipped.

  • Shipping fees for returning the items will be borne by the customer.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (e.g. order number)

  • The refund will be reflected in the customer's credit card 30 days after receipt of goods

Exchange (China only)

  • The customer has 7 days, unconditional, to write to us and inform us that they want the item returned and get a refund. Please include a picture of the item when doing so.

  • Seller will review the request within 3 days and inform the customer via email that the request has been approved.

  • The customer has 5 days from the receipt of the email from the seller to ship the goods.  Please email the seller the Kuaidi information when the item has been shipped.

  • The new item will be shipped to the customer within 7 days of receipt of the returned item.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (e.g. order number)

  • If the exchange is for a more expensive item, the balance will be charged to the customer's credit card. If the exchange is for a lower priced item, the balance to be returned will be reflected in the customer's credit card 30 days after receipt of goods.
